Hello Friends and Clients,
Welcome to my quarterly update! I’m excited to stay connected and share a bit about what’s happening in both my life and the real estate market.
As the holidays approach, I’m looking forward to celebrating the season with family and friends. I’ll be kicking things off with our neighborhood HOA Halloween hayride, a favorite tradition in our HOA that brings everyone together for some spooky fun. Then, I’ll be hosting our daughter’s family for Thanksgiving—I can already smell the turkey and pumpkin pie! And as Christmas rolls around, we’ll be welcoming our son’s family to celebrate and create more special memories. I hope each of you enjoys a wonderful holiday season filled with warmth, laughter, and time with loved ones.
On the business side, one of the most meaningful experiences this quarter was helping a recent widower sell his forever home. Together, we walked through the emotional steps of saying goodbye to a house full of memories and looking ahead to the promise of his new home and new beginnings. It was a reminder that real estate is not just about houses—it’s about people, healing, and moving forward.
Local Market Update:
We’re currently seeing signs of a buyer’s market. While interest rates remain higher than a few years ago, it’s still a great time to buy. Sellers are often more open to helping with closing costs, and with fewer buyers in the market, competition has eased up—giving today’s buyers more opportunities and negotiating power.
As always, I’m here to answer your questions or help you plan your next move in real estate. Wishing you and your families a safe, joyful, and memorable holiday season!
